Could someone please help in either drafting a letter to a private individual who has ripped me off to the tune of approx. £200, or advising me as to the course of action to take. This person took money for the purchase of a bike and did not deliver and will not send details of the postage so I can track, they have ignored Tel Calls, E-Mails etc.(Smells like fraud to me) however our police, E-Bay/Pay pal (Rec.£150 from them) will take no further action and in the mean time this person still has about £200 of my money. Any advice will be gratefully received.:confused:

You could send a "soliciters" letter from a company like HL Legal as a first step. first two are free;)

i will be off site for the next month or so. if you have any problems, feel free to report the post so a moderator can help you.

I am not a qualified or practicing lawyer.
