I need some advice. Started reclaiming charges last year in about may then let it lapse. Have now had a letter closing account and refunding £56 To bring balance back to nil. However was claiming over £2000 back in charges. can i still reclaim these and if so do i have to deduct the refund?

regards

Hi if the refund was for charges then yes you would have to deduct that but if charges were £2000 then I would go for it and have reclaimed charges paid by cheque.
