Great forum and lost of helpful people which makes the thought of doing this so much more bearable.

Ok....statements are here and I'm having a fun time looking through them...what was I spending my money on back then!

Ok...a question for you....fingers on the buzzer

Are the Paid referrals the only charge I can claim back from Barclays or have others claimed back for unathorised over draft fees also?

Am I missing out on any other charges that they have worded differently?

I have wandered around the site for a while and admit I may have been blinded by the vast amounts of info here...so forgive me if you are answering the same question for the 100th time :-D

Thanks

Claim for......

PAID REFERRALS.

UNPAIDS OUT.

UNAUTH O/D FEE.

Download the spreadsheet template from the templates library, then you can enter them on to the lefthand side..... it will total everything for you.

Also look for INTEREST CHARGED and enter those on the righthand columns.

Make sure that you precede a debit balance (overdrawn) with a minus sign (e.g -325.47). This will calculate the interest that you have been charged on the penalty charges.

The totals are what you base your claim on.

NOTE....... Don't add the 8% interest figure. That is only added at the Moneyclaim stage.

Welcome to the best website on the internet.

Good luck with your claim.

P.S. If you have any questions or problems post them on this thread. Also, have a good read of the FAQs.
