Hi

I have a CCJ which will have been on my file for 6 years next year, but I wont have finished paying it all off within this time - does the CCJ stay on file until it is cleared, ie beyond the 6 years, or will it clear the CCJ, and show as just a normal debt?

Thanks for your help

The information will drop off the reference agencies files after 6 years regardless of the amount still outstanding.

It will not revert to a 'normal' debt as there is no differentiation between a proven debt, ie, 1 with a judgement and 1 without in these circumstances.

Of course I will pay you everything you say I owe with no proof.

No, although it is subject to a court judgement and therefore still enfoceable, it will be removed from the files of Experian etc and will not show in any form whatsoever.

If it is the only debt you have, your files will appear totally clean to anyone checking.

Of course I will pay you everything you say I owe with no proof.
