does that apply if the mortgage and secured loans and other penaltied debts are settled ,paid off and closed accts.?

Hi, 1st post here.

I'm delving through my old statements, and would also like to know the answer to the above? I consolidated a couple of years ago and paid off a few accounts/cards, but not before they had taken large chunks off me, and I would loooooove to get back at them.

yes, even if the accounts are closed. - In fact it is easier as they have no hold over you.

If you want to proceed please would you each start a separate thread in the appropriate forum and we'll see how it runs :!:
