hi all

i have home broadband with Orange. BT recently changed my l/l number, and Orange state that the line is now too far from the exchange for broadband.

 

They state that this is an ongoing issue with some BT l/l's, and cannot give me a resolution date.

 

Advice anyone?

I don't get that.If you only changed your number wouldn't you be using the original line that Orange used previously to supply you?:confused:

exactly. but according to BT its too far from the exchange. they blame each other, meanwhile i have no net connection.

this gets better - Orange said that as a GOGW they would not charge me for 3 months for broadband, due to the ongoing issues

 

guess what happened today.....

well i have told orange that they are in breach of contract and i am cancelling the broadband and mobile contract

 

they agreed! bye!
