How about a bass guitar music book for your brotherwhich has the music of one of his favourite bands in it?

Anything sparkly or dressing up may be ok for the neice.

As for Victor Meldrew, how about a cd of an old comedy show like Abbot & Costello or something like that?

1. Brother, 27: Likes Football, Playing the Bass Guitar, Drinking. Politically ignorant, is the father of - BHS has a whole load of boy-toys-gadgets 1/2 price, well worth having a look there.

2. Niece, 18 months: Has a million toys and more clothes than days in the year You can't go wrong with a nice furry animal (a FAKE one!!!) and as happens, BHS usually has a teddy or something 1/2 price if you spend x amount.

3. Father, 60: Victor Meldrew alike Book called "Grumpy Old Christmas", sounds just about right for him. ;-)
