Bailiff can still work up until Friday, the only thing they can not do is remove goods from property or remove someones car unless they get specific permission from the council. This will probably only apply to persistant offenders with regards to parking.

 

How is it a cushy two weeks off? If your self employed its not as your not earning any money.

 

Some of em will probably be working the door or having a normal christmas with their families.

So Friday is the start of a two week holiday for we the hunted.

 

Considering how badly things are going for me just now, I could do with a break from the wolves.

I have got this outfit onto me over an old bill of about £1,900. I have told them that my car and (rented) house contents are currently subject to another bailiff's levy and have the paperwork as proof. Can they do anything further until such time as the first bailiff's levy is satisfied?
