Ok, sent off my preliminary letter asking for payment and schedule of charges off today. Am making this claim from 2006 back to 2001, comes to about £2000. I hope to make a further claim for pre-2001 amounts once they send me the relevant statements through, although this may be influenced by the OFT test case.

Good luck with this, Nurselayer.

I see you've already had success with Natwest, so you know the ropes.:)

Keep posting your progress.

Thanks Els,

Any advice on how I should proceed with the pre 2001 fees? Should I instigate a separate claim immediately I receive the details or wait until this claim is resolved? I would have thought that even with interest both claims will still total less than £5000.

I'm guessing that it is in my interests to keep the claims separate just in case the pre 2001 stuff is deemed too old.
