My daughter phoned today to say Halifax had charged her 10 times this month nearly £300 what can she do , as they have charged her for not having enough money in the bank to pay for recent chargers they put on

They are going back into her account again on the 25th Dec , she rang them and explained she didn't get payed (into her account) till the last day of the month...the lady she spoke to more or less said tough

Hi, Presley.

The lady I used to speak to about my account also said tough, so I took them to court(twice) and got my charges back.

I'm afraid the Banks are brutal, I've suffered for years.

Take them to court, and get your daughters charges back.

Have a look at this....
