Today I received my first junk mail credit card application form since about 2004!!

Now, I've got about 5 defaults to my name (unless a fairy godmother has whisked them all away), so I was more than a little surprised. It's from MBNA for a platinum card, but what got me is that it still refers to the Consumer Credit Act 1974 8). I thought all agreements were now bound by the CCA 2006?

I've got no plans to even bother replying to it, but what are people's thoughts on this?
