AS at Sun, 2 Dec 2007 the case material is about 50-60% ready, and it will be launched in the next few days, even if not quite finished. It is the second restitution case, of which the first case was Southend on Sea. Located here; http://www.logiclaw.co.uk/JH.html

Loads of useful statutes here, http://www.logiclaw.co.uk/Acts/acts.html and case law snippets (courtesy of Trevor Nunn) here. http://www.logiclaw.co.uk/arg4dor/caselaw.html

And my own here; http://www.forceofdestiny.co.uk/Literature/Questor/Logic5.html

A great deal of work has been carried out and the results are beginning to show. It is early stages.

Good luck to those who are arguing for a decent just society.

Logic Reasoning Thought Laws

There is no uniformity in rulings at different courts.

This serious discrepency shows apprehension of floodgates, giving sound justice to the public while defending power centres, and aspects of venal conduct among some judgements.

There is more inside news going on behind the scenes in Sunderland, Bolton, Bucks, and Camden

Here are some snippets.

The misrepresentations by councillors about allegations.

Parking bay review for 100 streets in borough

PARKING bays in more than 1,000 streets will be reviewed by Bolton Council over the next six months.

But the council's executive committee has been told that the parking regime was not illegal.

A report to councillors yesterday conceded that most bay markings did not comply with the Traffic Sign Regulations from the Department for Transport, highlighting problems including the bay lengths and dimensions of white line markings.

And of course, don't forget the scandal all coming onwards behind the scenes very soon.

A very nasty situation has been uncovered in Bucks County, where silence is now showing guilt. TBA.
