Yes I think you do need to mention the 34.9%. You're right there. I'm not sure that you should be asking for SI before your court claim though, but it's irrelevant if you have to go to court anyway.

PPI being claimed back. They've offered me £400, I make it over £2000 using the int rate they charged me!

Considering taking this further using unfair relationship etc. BCOBS reading on the agenda for me.

Is there anything I can do to hurry them up? MBNA took me to court quick enough! They've already offered me the PPI back, it's the interest amount I'm disputing.

Also, this PPI was in the amount they sued me for. What are the implications of that?

none

you should have used both charges & PPI as a counter claim at the time.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I think they can sell the debt on. They MUST abide by the order of the court they are not simply able to demand any more than you are paying as a result of that order. If they want more, they would have to make application to the court. But first - they would have to apply to the court to have themselves replaced as the owner of the debt.

What contact have they made so far ?
