Ther are two separate contract in question here, the airtime agreement as provided by o2 and the cashback agreement as separately provided by CPW


You can disconnect an account with o2 at any time by giving 30 days written notice or by using a PAC code to another provider, however if you are still within the airtime contract term you will be charged termination fees. These equate to the number of months left to run multiplied by the monthly line rental.


In respect of the cashback by redemption offer from CPW this would be determined by the T&C of the CPW contract, however you can argue that you used the misinformation provided at point of sale as a basis for agreeing the contract and that all future claim should still be valid.
