Hi, I am new to all this and hope Ihave posted in the right section!

I was successful with a claim of charges back from my bank last year and would like to start a new claim. Is this possible with all the goings on with the banks at the moment?

Your help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Lou.

Hi 1loulou

Yes it is. Just start the process again, same procedures as before. The case may get stayed until after the test case, but getting your claim in will gain interest whilst waiting. If it's for Credit Cards then these are still ongoing. Did you use this site for your claims?

Well, it was actually my brother that did all the work for me! It was a very straight forward process. Seemed like a couple of letters were sent and then I had an offer from the bank.

It wasn't this site he used. The thing is I am on my own doing it this time round. I daren't ask him for his help again!! He will go mad, so basicall I will be starting from scratch.

Thanks again

When you are ready, post your own thread under your banks name, so that others can guide you too. Don't let the amount of reading put you off. What you learn here you will apply in the future.
