Hi, I am new to this as well. Can anyone give me advice on calculating the interest charges on my bank charges? I have just received my bank statements from Nationwide, they only took 7 days , which I was surprised that they were so quick. On my bank statements are my charges for unpaid direct debits etc and underneath each unpaid direct debit fee is a section with interest charge is this the money I should add on top of the fees? I have tried to use the spreadsheets that are on the library but my mac is not allowing me to, I have also tried open office but that won't work either.
