On my Moneyclaim status, this says Acknowledged(18/08/2006).... so when would it have deemed served?

 

It will tell you on the form you recieve in the post. Mine was 5 days after the issued date (if you can find that). Infact, it tells you the issued date on the PDF that you can download when you click on acknowledged (bottom right)
