Hi Everybody

I'm new and this is my 1st post so if I do anything wrong please excuse me!

My son is due to go to County Court on Thursday 15/11 v Barclays. If anybody has any tips for him they'd be welcome. I've read all the info on site that I can find.

Good luck to you all with your claims.

Have a nice weekend

Hi and Welcome to CAG

Unfortunatly i suspect that he will be met at court by a legal representative from Barclays who will inform him that they are requesting a stay on the grounds of the OFT bank charges claim due in January 2008.

In the majority of cases this has been granted despite claimants arguing against the stay :(

We all seem to be in limbo at the moment :(

He could take 3 copies of this http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/17065-application-removal-stay-updated.html#post1046820 with him adapted to suit his case

I wish him Good Luck

Saint

I will get this moved to Barclays Forum for you :)
