Hello,

At the moment i am with the 'collections centre' of lloyds as they charged me so much i kept going overdrawn and occuring more charges!!

If i claim back my charges will this affect the collection agreement with them?

and also is it january that the decision from the courts is supposed to be made?

thanks for your help. :) :) :) :)

Hiya,

i have been there myself with Lloyds, any payment agreement you have in place should not be affected by your deciding to claim back charges else the bank would be acting unlawfully and in retaliation. Keep in mind though that the agreement will probably be reviewed either every 3 or 6 months

kind regards,

shane

ok thats good news... the letters they sent were quite harrassing, and when i called them up to explain what had happened the woman said to be ''well quite fankly you have just been overspending'' which was not the case at all!!

thanks for your help. x

Is there any chance that their unlawful charges actually amount to more than you owe them? We are in that happy situation and are about to issue proceedings as they owe us £1000 more than we owe them:p

BANK CHARGES

Nat West Bus Acct £1750 reclaim - WON

LTSB Bus Acct £1650 charges w/o against o/s balance - WON

Halifax Pers Acct £1650 charges taken from benefits - WON

Others

GE Money sec loan - £1900 in charges - settlement agreed

GE Money sec loan - ERC of £2.5K valid for 15 years - on standby

FirstPlus - missold PPI of £20K for friends - WON
