Are they the same organisation?

 

I am disputing an issue with powergen and complained to energy watch, now I've got my deadlock letter from powergen they tell me to complain to the ombudsman - do I need to complain to both? Help...

You need to phone and discuss this with the ombudsman, number should be on the letter. They have a deadline to reach resolution, From memory I think this is 6 weeks but I would need to verify that.

I am a consumer helping other consumers. Together we can and will make a differance. Please double check any information or advise I may give as I like yourself am learning as I go along in life.

1) give a small donation to this site to keep it going because without this forum I would know nothing.
