hello iam new here, iam thinking of claiming back my charges made by nationwide, NatWest and lloyds over the past 6 years. i was just looking at bank templates page

and trying to work out do i have to send one copy of this letter or do i send each bank a letter each, and also where do i send it to. a link to the address would be appericiated.

You send each bank a letter each. The addresses to send them to are in each of the subforums dealing with each bank/building society. I would take some time to read through the FAQ's http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/faqs-please-read-these/ before reclaiming your charges.

In addition to what Rory has said I would also start a thread in each of the banks forums as the banks handle this in different ways to each other and you will get more specialised help in the right forum.
