There are no balconies in Romeo and Juliet's "balcony scene". Juliet appears above at a window is all it says in the text.

Assuming Willy Wotsisname meant us to assume that. Too many assumptions for my liking

 

We already know Romeo was outside. If she appeared at the window then it must have been from the inside, otherwise she would have already been on the outside in the first place. Surely that's what Willy meant?

 

Anyway, the important thing is that there was no balcony.

yes men beware- a work colleague of mine - when she found out her husband was having an affair - did actually clean the toilet with her husbands toothbrush and then put it back for him to use.
