I would say a Claim Tout is someone who says they will do your claim for you, but you will have to pay them a shed load of money :o

Regards.

Scott.

What documents are you after specifically to substantiate your claim?

I've got a draft POC i've put together for Data Protection non-compliance if you want it.

Advice offered by ENRON is without prejudice and is for your judgement as to whether to take it. You should seek the assistance or hire of a solicitor or other paid professional if in doubt.

I Will Appreciate.also Note The Reason For The Dpa Request Is To Obtain Document To Substantiate My Claim Against The Bank.

I recently relocated to scotland, from london,I applied for a current account and a credit card and both where approved.

While I was in london all my application for an account with a debit card was all refused because of the default on my file.

Does this mean the default entry on my credit file has been removed?

You would need to check your credit file. You can obtain a copy for £2.50 (Cheque,Postal Order,Credit/Debit Card) form any of the 3 Credit Reference Agencies - such as Experian.

Alternatively, you can get a subscription to your credit file with Experian for £59.99. You can access it online as much as you like to check details and inform them if there are any inaccuracies. Go to Experian Credit Expert, check credit rating, credit reports & file alerts - with Experian CreditExpert.co.uk to sign up.
