Hi, I've got question becouse HSBC Bank charge me from 25 to 50£ a month for Ovedraw, I've got 100£ o/limit and few times a had 120£ overdraw and then they charge me, and is there any chance to give back that money becouse it is about 200£ or more.

Hi Mayhem. It is a bit quiet on here at the moment but I assure you, you will get lots of help.

The ammount they charge you is the problem. The charges are unnaceptably high. You can make a claim for all charges that they have made for going above your overdraft limit, returned cheques, reversed direct debits and anything else they consider to be a penalty charge.

 

 

 

Start by collecting all your statements and highlighting any charges they have made.

dear freakyleaky - that link still (after mucho asking on my part)does not include notified fees - it was a simple name change last december but still not included on the list - notified fees, arrangement fees - all part of the same regime of outlandish charges -

could you see about getting it added to the list, pretty please!
