Do i have to send a cheque or can I ask for it to be taken from my account for the £10. They seem to be refunding all cheques anyway? (As I dont have a cheque book!)

Cheers

I took out the bit in the letter about enclosing a cheque and replaced it with something like "I authorise you to deduct £10.00 from my account".

Is a Renewal Fee a charge that can be claimed back?

No, it cannot, as I beleibve this is a charge for reviewing your overdraft. It is a service charge and not a penalty charge.

Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong...

How long ago was the 10 days up?

Is their offer for the full amount, as you've not stated what your claim is....?
