Hi friends, good news! we did send triton a £1.00 postal order for the debt from RBS. We asked for the original agreement form as requested as shown on your template. A CCA thingy ...

RBS has written to us saying they cannot find the original agreement, they have discharged the debt, the credit agreement is ended.

Now if this is been the case for the passed three years would the money through pay-plan to triton, was unenforceable for the lack of agreement. I would understand that they owe us back payments. We would like your advice to pursue this.. As they were and are a nasty company to deal with ... many thanks skydancing xx :)

Well done Skydancing:D

I got several of these from RBS.

I would not rock the boat about claiming the money back. You never know they may dig deaper and find the agreement.

All the best HAK

Dave this is a balloon moment!!!

Well done Skydancing:D Indeed! :D

I got several of these from RBS. Show off!! (UKWIM!!)

I would not rock the boat about claiming the money back. You never know they may dig deaper and find the agreement. Indeed, and payments would be viewed as voluntary.

All the best HAK

Dave this is a balloon moment!!! I concur! :D

Well done skydancing, that's a great result! Mind if we ask what the discharged balance was?

WELL DONE!!!
