Hi Guys,

I'm new to the forum, but have been reading on it for a little while now, and think all you guys are great for helping each other out, now I have a little problem I need some help with please. My partner has received a letter from Robinson Way (Ex Capital One) claiming he owes them £364.60. The issue is my partner went bankrupt last year and everything was handed over to the insolvency practioner.

I remember reading on this site a thread where someone else had the same problem and someone (very nice) had provided a tempolate letter for that poor soul to use. And I wondered if anyone had a template letter for someone (another poor soul) in this position.

Or, should I simply write back refering them to the insolvency practioner and use a letter headed "I do not acknowledge this debt". Anyone out there? Please help - Thank You.

Absolutely right. Let them try their luck with your IP, it's not your problem any more.

I am NOT a legal or financial expert. There are many CAG members and staff who are better qualified. Please do not make major decisions based on my advice alone.
