hi ,

requested repayment of ppi on my capital one visa card, had a reply stating they would not have advised me to take out ppi. they are refusing to refund and after second letter to them i have just had another reply stating i ticked the box on the application form and i had read the agreement, and this is their final response to this matter.


i have sent them a full data protection sar on the 22nd of september 2007.

any help would be appreciated.

You will probably only get a copy of your application form which is unenforceable anyway

Did you cca them?
