Ello peeps. this isnt DCA related but it a typical DCA thing.

I sent a CCA off for me old man end of September to Citi (credit card). He just received his lastest statment today and guess what?

They credited the £1 to his account.

This should have a very interesting result think

It does not matter if they use the £1 to pay of the debt. The clock start ticking .

With mine I had several cards to the same company. As they could not find the agreements to a few of them thet wrote the debts off and put the £4 request fees(4x£1) on to the one they produced the agreement.

Cheers

HAK
