I'll probably get shot down for this, but my case is currently on a 'stay' till next year (claiming £7000). If I hold to my guns and leave the account sitting at £1500OD, and let the one lender I owe take me to court, I would then claim that it is a debt Lloyds owe as they have mis-managed my account (i.e unlawful charging), and they have (taken) the money that should of rightly gone to the said party (lender).

Would the court stay the lenders claim do you think? In view of the fact that had not Lloyds overcharged, no court action would of being made, and await the outcome of the OFT case to clarify the issue of who actually owes the money. (Lloyds!!)

Hi not knowing who the loans is from bit difficult to say. My advise at this time is go for removal of stay on grounds of hardship and quote the loan as reason to have stay removed/amended.

dpick:)
