Hi MrMarmite

Just a thought, but when i scanned these two pages my signature comes up on the scanned page in word but the signature of the guy who supposedly signed on behalf of the bank does not show up.

Do you think it could have been scanned on to the document by them?

We will tell you from time to lime the Approved Limit we have set and. if different, the Individual Limit which you have chosen for the Account
counts as the credit limit.

So without having a look I'd say it is enforceable, so SAR them and go for ALL the charges.

Inform Moorcroft that you are disputing the total amount with the original creditor due to unlawful charges.

Be VERY careful whose advice you listen too
