Hi everyone I am new to this site and not particularly computer literate. I am an OAP but have had a successful claim against one of the Banks using one of the other sites.

I now have queries reagarding PPI's with Capital One and when I have read through your section on that topic, if I do not find the answers I am looking for, I will post a thread to cover it.

Is that what I need to do.

I would just like to say thank you to all the people who run this site and other similar sites. Without you all where would we the consumers be, in the mire, that's where.

Thank you all very much.

ft x
