Hi - I signed up for @consumeractiongroup.co.uk webmail a couple of days ago but every time I go to log in I get an incorrect username/password error. I didn't get an email with POP3 details either if that helps? Thanks...
I'm having an issue logging into my CAG Webmail account. At first, I wasn't 100% sure i'd ever paid for one, but on attempting to register it said the name was already taken. To the best of my knowledge, I am the only person that would ever use the username I chose. I won't post the full address to avoid spam bots picking it up, but it would be the same as my username on here, and would have had consumeractiongroup.co.uk as the domain. I did send a message via the technical help form a few days ago, but have yet to recieve even an aknowledgement that the message has been recieved.
I would like to make use of the webmail facility but whenever i try to log in , i get an error message, username or password not recognised. User name & my password are correct. Any idea`s? Middxx
