  1. Good morning, I have recently received a parking charge notice from parking eye, to which I have appealed and provided proof of parking twice and they have rejected both times. Can you please help? please answer the following questions. 1 Date of the infringement 06/07/17 2 Date on the NTK [this must have been received within 14 days from the 'offence' date] 21/07/17 3 Date received 26/07/17 4 Does the NTK mention schedule 4 of The Protections of Freedoms Act 2012? [y/n?] Not that I can see (howver I am looking at a scanned copt at the moment could be on the rear will check later) 5 Is there any photographic evidence of the event? Yes 6 Have you appealed? {y/n?] post up you appeal] Yes. I am afraid I do not have a copy of my appeal but all I wrote was "Please see attached proof of parking, I accidentally enetered my old cars registration in error" The above is from memory so wording may be slightly different. I attached a copy of the parking ticket. Have you had a response? [Y/N?] post it up Please see attached Dated 01st & 23rd August. 7 Who is the parking company? Parking Eye 8. Where exactly [carpark name and town] Crown Wharf Shopping Park, Walsall car park For either option, does it say which appeals body they operate under. 2. Good evening, As below I have received this Parking charge notice from Parking eye. hopefully you can help. The notice was initially sent to my employer, they informed the company of my details and I have since received the letter today the event was on the 11/12/16 as per the below details and image. Essentially, I drove onto the car park, looked for a space for 20 minutes unsuccessfully so jumped out whilst my wife drove round looking for a space. I managed to get what I wanted before she found a space so got back in the car and we left. Do I have to pay this? am I bang to rights? image is attached... All help is greatly appreciated. 1 Date of the infringement 11/12/2016 2 Date on the NTK [this must have been received within 14 days from the 'offence' date] 30/12/2016 (was sent to employer first as car is registered to them) 3 Date received 04/01/2017 4 Does the NTK mention schedule 4 of The Protections of Freedoms Act 2012? yes 5 Is there any photographic evidence of the event? yes (well, leaving and entering car park) 6 Have you appealed? nothing yet Have you had a response? 7 Who is the parking company? parking eye 8. Where exactly [carpark name and town] walsall Crown Wharf shopping centre For either option, does it say which appeals body they operate under. There are two official bodies, the BPA and the IAS. If you are unsure, please check here it states POPLA As the appeals service? ANPR PCN.pdf
  3. Hi! I was living in a two-bedroomed property in the Willenhall area of Walsall that was totally unfit for human habitation - there was no electricity or gas as the previous installations had been thieved and trashed and eventually I had to move out in May last year as I had had enough, and as well as that I was constantly being called into my manager's office with complaints about personal cleanliness, etc., because I could no longer care for myself properly. (I no longer work for the firm concerned in that.) I sent a letter to Walsall Council advising them I had moved out of this property at the end of May 2015 but received no acknowledgement from them regarding this. I have now received a letter demanding £1178.90 by Bristow and Souter who are demanding a repayment arrangement of £107.90 A WEEK on it from 23 March 2016. Whilst I am in employment at the moment there is no guarantee of me being kept on when my probation period ends in two months time. I thought they were asking £107.90 a month but it's not it's a WEEK. Also included on the letter are the usual threats about seizure of goods. committal to prison etc. Can the good people on here advise me of the next steps to take please? I do have a car but I could park it at a local station a few miles away if needed - it's only worth £450 and I have no other possessions unless B & S want a load of old radio mags and cookery books! Many thanks! PS! It IS possible to get to work on public-transport but I don't want B & S to get their thieving hands on my car as I've been having a great deal of trouble with aggressive beggars in Wolverhampton lately!
