  1. Hi all, Just having a quick look at my credit history today... Vodfone have given me 5 differnt "1" defaults over the past 2 years, nothing against the 5 years prior and my last one was August 2012. I may have been a tiny bit late on my payment once or twice, but nothing to warrent a complete attack on my Credit History. All my debts were paid quickly and promtly, as I have never had loss of service. Is there anything I can do to fix this?I know Vodafone are under ZERO obligation to enter this information to the credit agencies, so why woudl they and without telling thier valued customers? Ho

I had an account with vodafone which it has terminated at the end of 2011. recently checked my credit reports I can see the vodafone placed a 'Default' against an account in my name. this is the story behind this contract.   5. I had a contract with Vodafone back in 2009, I did missed two payments mid 2009 and therefore I was dealing with this with Vodafone. I had made payments to Vodafone as requested. My phone was cut off when I was told it would not be and I was continually told different things but different members of the customer support team.   6. Philharg! I am so glad i have found this thread. I AM IN THE SAME PRADICAMENT AS YOU! Except i agreed and processed a contract with Vodafone. I have been defaulted now 4 times in 2 years, when vodafone's CEO & directors office agreed to remove the default in the first place, i have been re-defaulted 3 times since.   7. I got a contract with Vodafone in 2007 for a 24 month contract, when the contract expired I called Vodafone to cancel the line, I was asked to go on their website and fill a form, which I did. In July 2010, I realised that Vodafone was still taking the Direct Debit payments from my account which I had closed in November 2009, I called on my number to check the if the line was still active and found out that the number was allocated to someone else.
