  1. Hi all, Just having a quick look at my credit history today... Vodfone have given me 5 differnt "1" defaults over the past 2 years, nothing against the 5 years prior and my last one was August 2012. I may have been a tiny bit late on my payment once or twice, but nothing to warrent a complete attack on my Credit History. All my debts were paid quickly and promtly, as I have never had loss of service. Is there anything I can do to fix this?I know Vodafone are under ZERO obligation to enter this information to the credit agencies, so why woudl they and without telling thier valued customers? Ho

  3. I had an account with vodafone which it has terminated at the end of 2011. recently checked my credit reports I can see the vodafone placed a 'Default' against an account in my name. this is the story behind this contract. I bought this contract in 2009 from vodafone which it suppose to terminated at the end of 2011. my cousin was using this phone. and all the bill were paid regularly with out any delay till one month to the end of the contract. before the contract terminate he received a bill which he believe he did not used it and he refused to pay the extra charges on t
  4. Evening All, This is my first post on this forum so I would love to take the opportunity to say thank you in advance for the free help and advice you offer here. Like so many people I find myself feeling hopeless and have no idea who to turn too. Thus I really appreciate that you guys have remained so professional in helping people with issues which in my case is destroying my life. I have recently been declined two times when trying to rent a property closer to where I work as I am currently commuting 140 miles a day and the journey and expense is slowly wearing me down. I fel
  5. I had a contract with Vodafone back in 2009, I did missed two payments mid 2009 and therefore I was dealing with this with Vodafone. I had made payments to Vodafone as requested. My phone was cut off when I was told it would not be and I was continually told different things but different members of the customer support team. I HAD made payments to Vodafone as asked, and then a letter from the debut collectors arrived?????? I called Vodafone and they told me it had already been passed over and they could do nothing about it. Even though I had made payments when we had arranged. Therefore
  6. Philharg! I am so glad i have found this thread. I AM IN THE SAME PRADICAMENT AS YOU! Except i agreed and processed a contract with Vodafone. I have been defaulted now 4 times in 2 years, when vodafone's CEO & directors office agreed to remove the default in the first place, i have been re-defaulted 3 times since. Vodafone realised in the first instance that it was their mistake and i was unlawfully and incorrectly defaulted. I was defaulted 2 days ago on a paid and settled account? Its extremely unlawful, damaging and stressful. I am trying to set up a business and cannot get a
  7. I got a contract with Vodafone in 2007 for a 24 month contract, when the contract expired I called Vodafone to cancel the line, I was asked to go on their website and fill a form, which I did. In July 2010, I realised that Vodafone was still taking the Direct Debit payments from my account which I had closed in November 2009, I called on my number to check the if the line was still active and found out that the number was allocated to someone else. I did not get the time to chase Vodafone for the extra payments they had taken from my account and moved on. I recently got my credit rep
