  1. I have a number of accounts with provident that I stopped paying about 12 months ago. I was an agent for them for a very short time and took a number of loans out myself (stupid I know). I stopped working for them 2 years ago when I was forced to take out a loan due to me loosing the money I collected when I had to take it into the office to show the collections on a weekly basis. I was so upset by this I stopped working for them in my part time position as an agent. I have had numerous calls which I have ignored but have just got a default letter from vanquish fresh
  2. Hi I was wondering if anyone can give me any advice on how to proceed with Vanquish Credit Card as I seem to be in over my head at the minute. When the PPI claims first started I wrote to Vanquish saying I thought I was paying PPI and would like it refunded on the basis I was told I had to have it when I took the card out and didn't get an option to decline it. They have denied it is PPI and advised it is a repayment option plan to help me manage my finances should I become unemployed. BUT they would refund my £175.00. On agreement of the refund, my interest rate would increase. I did
  3. Had these lovely people send me an application through the post. Never really interested in a credit card but i filled it in anyway. On friday i receeived a text message to phone a number with a reference number. The lady who answered said she was from the applications dept at Vanquish. After confirming a few things she stated the credit card will be with me in 7-10 days. Looking into this now i see that Vanquish (Provident) are a doorstep loan company with very high APR ETC. What are the positive and negatives on using this card. Will it be better i just cut the card in half when i r
  4. I received a letter from MackenzieHall nearly 2-weeks ago in relation to an outstanding debt with Vanquish for £390, I sent them a CCA request and today received a letter back with the £1 postal order saying they cannot carry out my request due to the postal order not having Vanquish's name on it,i left it blank. So they clearly don't have the CCA.. .how would you procede from here? Many Thanks.
