My vehicle was being impounded by the high court enforcement because of an unpaid contravention 34J Being in a bus lane. This was issued on 11/05/2017 and my vehicle was being impounded by Equita on 18/07/2018. He checked the system and said 7 letters were sent over the period of 1 year, however I received NO letters! I am sure the address is correct where I am living, I trus

Ford Finance tell me that they have no record of PPI payments because the account was paid off more than 6 years ago. However a CMC tell me that for an upfront fee of £70 per claim they can get access to this information without any paperwork or account numbers. They call this fee a deposit which will be refunded on completion and suggest payment by credit card. They then charge 25% of any subsequent compensation. Any advice would be appreciated

So i've put my property on rent and the agency has decided to take its commission in the first 2 months and have said they will pay the full amount of rent taken from the tenants for the next 10 months, no where in the contract did they state this or with the numerous phones calls and conversations had with them. The understanding we had was they would take their commission on a monthly basis out of the rent not all in one go. Are they allowed to do this, what action can i take? Thanks.
