  1. I had a loan via satsuma loans (provident financial ltd) I started to find unaffordable. I did the right thing and rather than paying late I contacted them being honest and setup a payment agreement, which I have stuck to 100% and not missed a single payment since it was setup in may 2017. Despite this and the fact ive made major strides to improve my debt handling and credit record over the last 12 months its still had something dragging it down and ive just found out that its provident financial ltd.   2. DAY 46 I placed an order with my ISP to upgrade to fibre broadband on the 26th April and was told my go live date was the 6th of May.   3. I just received a letter this morning from Carter's stating that if I don't pay up they will issue Court Proceedings against me in the next couple of weeks. I need some advice please. The debt is for about £6k and was originally a Sky credit card issued by Barclaycard. The card was taken out in May 2005.   5. Hi All, I'm back with problems relating to Lloyd's, CRA's and data protection. Both for some advice and to see if this is a common problem with lloyds and their inability to update records correctly under the Data Protection Act.   6. Hello I have a friend who has lived in Malaysia for around 5 years. Recently she received a letter in Malaysia from Buchanan Clark & Wells acting for Barclays to chase an outstanding loan amount. She was unaware of this debt and as she asked me to help out. I live in here old flat (she still owns it) and Barclays would have this address on file. I wrote a request for Section 77/78 of the Consumer Credit Act to get the information needed.   7. Hiya, I missed a payment to next due by 20th August 13. My credit file was updated on 22nd August 13 to say payments were up to date. I then paid both the arrears and the payment due by 20th September on 12th September. My credit file was updated by next on 22nd Sept to say the account was 1 month in arrears?? This obviously wasn't the case as the account was up to date. my credit file currently shows that I am one month in arrears which is not the case.   8. Millions of NatWest and Royal Bank of Scotland customers have been hit by technical problems which have resulted in balances not being updated and online services being unavailable. A message on the banks' websites reads: "We are currently experiencing some technical issues which means that account balances have not been updated, and are still showing a balance from Wednesday.
