  1. I bought a Toyota Auris brand new back in Oct of 2015 which falls under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The car has been extremely unreliable and broken down 8 times in the past 12 months, 7 of those occassions being within the past 6 months. It has had the EGR Valve replaced twice, been in twice for a "loose wire on the airflow meter" once for "loose pipe on a gasket" and even had the ECU replaced, despite all this it still suffers from a problem in which the cruise control repeatedly switches off.   2. I am on waiting to get a shoulder transplant because 2 health professional posted on my medical notes that my rotator cuff was in fact was intact, that with the benefit of 2 mri scans posting full thickness tears.
  3. Just a question really. Can my employer say he will pay us around a certain date every month or has it got to be on a specific day ? Iv done a bit of research (not official) and found that an employer is supposed to pay you on a specific day and if Bank holidays are involved i.e Bank holiday falls on a Monday, wages should go in on the Friday. Thanks for any help/advice
