  1. Hello to you all I have been reading and digging out numerous threads on RBS and how I can request for a overdraft charge sheet from years back. I was wondering what exactly should be the wording of the letter and what I should be looking out for in the details of the sheets they send me, this is regarding what I can and can't claim back. Many thanks.
  2. Good morning, I had a bank account with natwest bank. I have recently noticed on my credit file that the account defaulted on the 31/10/2011 for £831. I have now spoken with natwest and they informed that i was £1.41 in credit and a payment of £20 tried to leave my account. Because there was not enough funds i have accumulated this £831 in unarranged overdraft fees. They have offered me an offer of £332 to settle the balance. Now i am at a crossroad as this is affecting me getting a mortgage but i do not want to pay this amount.
  3. I'm a young person who's quite new to a lot of the world of adults. Long story short, due to some ignorance and bad financial management on my part, i have realised after losing my job, That i am currently -£600 in an arranged overdraft with a further £70ish in unarranged overdraft I have recently checked over my last months statement and i will have a further £150 deducted from my account on the 4th of OCT which seems to be from using my debit card when i didn't have an available balance to use. This would put it at -£220 unarranged overdraft This is my only bank a
  4. Hi Guys, hopefully can get some advice on an issue I have with Santander at the moment. I have a Current Account with Santander at the moment, which had a £20 fee applied last month for being over my limit ( I dont have an overdraft, it went straight over into unarranged overdraft). I called Santander and they looked at my account, and agreed that indeed the £20 had been incorrectly penalised on my account, and refunded it. This was because im currently abroad, and the bank had incorrectly charged me 2 times for a cash withdrawl from an ATM, which resulted in me goin
  5. Hi everyone, My Lloyds TSB account was in perfect standing order 8 months ago until i couldn't pay for a bill that was debited from my account (was a payday loan of £200+). I have no overdraft with Lloyds and i tried to get one with them several times before but kept getting declined, so what gives them the god given right to provide me with an unarranged overdraft to cover the payment, then charge me £10 a day for it? My Lloyds TSB account was sitting at £0.00 with no overdraft facility, now 8 months down the line i'm -£970.00 because of them providing me with these u
