  1. Hi I tripped and fell in Sainsbury's under cover car park. There was a pool of water on the floor and I fell flat on my face breaking my front tooth and nose. No one from Sainsbury's came to my aid, two passers by helped me to my car and I phoned my daughter who drove me to A and E. I went to Sainsbury's the following day and spoke to the deputy manager, he filled in an accident form. Went to the car park with me and took photos, examined my shoes and told me he would look at the CCTV footage and call me up last week. So far nothing! I also showed
  2. ]Hi I had a little accident at work yesterday and I'm not sure if I should be entitled to get paid or not. 3 years ago I had a disc removed from my spine and have been 100% ever since. 3 weeks ago I was bathing my dog and got stuck trying to get her out the bath. My GP signed me off work with a back injury for 2 weeks. I returned to work last Wednesday and then yesterday, whilst being made to move offices (for the 4th time in 2 years!)   3. Hi , I tripped on a pavement a month ago and twisted my ankle, I never went to the hospital or to my gp about it and every now and then I get a sharp pain on that ankle. I was wondering can I make a claim against the party that should have maintained that pavement. Please advise me.
