:-xHi, I'd like some advice please. I took out a loan with Tesco some years ago. They in time decided to pass this onto some other company called NRAM who can only be contacted by a postal number. Well done Tesco . My problem is last week i phoned and asked if i was to pay off early would i get any benefits- the 'advisor' said yes the interest payments would come down. Good i though. However on checking i realised i could only pay half of the amount - im now being told this is a "CAPITAL" payment (what?) and the interest payments wont change. How come? any ideas would be very useful and very appreciated. thank you Nige
