  1. Hi, Hopefully you can help or give advice on what to do regards talkmobile and their total lack of understanding regards the issue I have at the moment. I have chatted online to them and was told they had escalated the matter and I should expect a call with 48 hours. After 2 weeks of no reply I rang them, The gentleman on the phone was firm and I was not put onto his supervisor/manager to discuss the matter. They stated they do not offer an sort of payment plan and the sum needed paying straight away or the phone will be cut off, it has already been cut off for sending texts or ringing peop

I had a data exceed issue with Talkmobile .I use Bill Angel which flags up warnings but instead i got warning text from Talkmobile.When i phoned Talkmobile they told me that i should rely on Bill Angel it is far more accurate.I still got no Bill Angel warnings and then had data exceed on my bill .I told them therefore that Bill Angel was faulty.However, i got this reply -given that CPW own Talkmobile is it really third party app ?   3. As my contract was ended i decided to " upgrade". Talkmobile have process where they send you text code - IF you are eligible for " upgrade" - i was ! However, i got a bit suspicious and checked and those "upgrades" are just the normal prices offered to any customer - so it is NOT an upgrade Does this breach any law ? (i know i will be told -no!)
