  1. Well it's my turn now to face the dreaded Atos. A bit of background. I have Borderline Personality Disorder and Depression and currently waiting to get a support worker via a charity. Anyway I got the dreaded letter today and I am so scared about it that I cannot sleep. I can feel my heart pound out of my chest. All I've seen is doom and gloom about these people that they fail nearly everyone. Has anyome had a "decent" experience specifically those with MH problems? What can I expect? Any advice or tips with how to deal wirh them? Before anyone requests I take someone.
  2. Hi, In may 2013 I got on a bus where I swiped my oyster card but somehow lost it on the bus, when the inspector came over to me I went to retrieve the oyster card from my bag but couldn't find it. I got off at the stop that I needed with the ticket inspector. I still couldn't find the oyster card in my bag and figured I must of dropped it on the floor. If the inspector wasn't so in my face and didn't distract me I may of found it on the floor/seat in time to show it to him before I got off. Anyway, the inspector took my details, and because I didn't want to have to pay an e
  3. Hi Everyone, I was hoping for some advise on what to do about this. I received a summons to court yesterday for missing a quarterly payment of £37 to the BBC in December 2011. I forgot about the direct debit coming out and had no money in my account to pay. I cancelled the dd a couple of days before it came out so I would not receive any bank charges. I thought i would receive a reminder letter but I got an 'officer' at my door in March. The TV was not on at the time, and I rarely use it. I went along with it as i knew i would need one again. I set the direct d

  5. Hello, I am new to the forums and could not find any regarding Rail Legal issues, so I have posted here. Back in November 2011, I was stopped by a Ticket Inspector at St. Denys train station, having just got off the train on my way home from work. The inspector on the platform, guarding the way out, asked to see my ticket. I told him I no longer had my ticket, as I throw them in the train bin when getting off at the end of my journey. He informed me that I had to have the ticket on my person until I left the station, asked for my name and address and verified that I gave the correct addre
  6. Hi folks, I dearly need some advice. Yesterday, I received a letter, summoning me to appear before the Magistrates Court on Monday to answer alleged offences under Byelaws No. 19 and No. 23 (1). I'm very worried. I had previously correspondended with the Prosecutions department (i.e. confirming my details and listing mitigating factors) but heard nothing back, until the summons. The background to the summons was that I was travelling in the First Class cabin without a valid ticket, hoping that I could get an upgrade. The carriage was empty when I got on [and for 10 stops, thereafter]
