Hi I've ordered a leather apple watch strap from WSC - THE WATCH STRAP CO. The strap was faulty and I returned it back to them within a few days of receiving it and requested a refund. However they refuse a refund and only offer a replacement or a credit. They claim their terms of conditions clearly state that. I am pretty sure that I have a right to a full refund but I am not sure which is the applicable legislation. Is it the Consumer Rights Act or the Distance Selling Regulations? Where can I find the relevant sections? They also have a sticker on the straps that says
