  1. Hi, I recently got a letter from the magistrates asking to plead guilty/not-guilty to a speeding fine where I was doing 63 in a 30 (allegedly). I asked for evidence and calibration certificates, which they sent (cant attach???) Anyways, they are really poor quality and you cant see the road markings etc however the camera clocked me at 63, could i plead innocent and say the camera was faulty and since they cant prove the speed by way of road markings my punishment should be lenient or dismissed?
  2. Well this is a complicated (maybe) On 30/3/11 I was apparently caught on camera doing 35mph in a 30mph zone in suffolk, i dont recall any van but 99.9% believe this is possible and no-one else drives car, so accept I will get 3 points and £xx fine. approx 04/2011 I split with the person im living with (only together 6 months) I move back to norwich norfolk - bad terms so no post passed on..... then approx 06/2011 I move to Lincs due to work contract away approx 4 months and come back due to season ending - no work, back to norfolk in shared house. now find after moving again I have 6points £595 fine due to MS90 in my absence (summons to old address) i'm awaiting call back from Mag court on how to deal with suffolk fine but in norfolk court via sat declaration. My worried is the MS90 will stay as they cant try you for speeding if past 6months of offence date.? Will they wipe the MS90 and fine if they cant retry me for the speeding offence? I'm quite happy for the sp30 and fine that goes with as on jsa and no car for seeable future.
