  1. My car would not start with the turn of a key. L&J Autos (131-135 Whitehouse Lane, Bristol BS3 4DN) took my car in. I was quoted £150 for recovery, a replacement starter motor and labour.   2. Hi All, New on here, but need your help already! Have you had a bad experience with a Builder who is based in the Basingstoke/Hampshire borders area? I can't be more specific for obvious reasons, but suffice to say I have had a very, VERY bad experience with a builder who is based in that area, although he has also worked in other areas of the country too, often in cahoots with a plumber who is also somewhat suspect in his workmanship.   3. Has anyone had dealings with capital finance one? They are a complete shark of a company, I originally applied for a Payday loan with them, then cancelled it within a couple of days!! Basically they took the interest that would have been due on the loan from my account, without my authorisiation!!! Now if they had just refunded it, their wouldn't really be a big issue! But they are rude, full of rubbish about one thing or another, and don't answer the phone, at all.   4. i recently purchased a alpine car stereo from the car audio centre online , after fitting the stereo i discovered it was faulty and wouldnt play any cd , i paid £105 for the stereo then i contacted the company and told them it was faulty , i posted it back £12.50 postage and after about 20/30 emails to the complaints service they have kept the unit and the money and no longer answer my emails , totally ripped off . i have all the emails as proof . i`m not sure what to do next ? help .......
