    Egg Rewards

Hello I recently sent a SAR to Barclay for an Egg Credit Card I held from 2001. The account is no longer open but I am currently paying off the balance. I have been searching through the information that was sent to me but all I have received are microfische versions of the statements. I have all the balances from month to month but unable to ascertain whether I was paying PPI on this account. I do know that I applied for this account online and I had transferred the balance over from another card when I first opened it. I have noticed the card had something called Egg Rewards and stating it had up to 10% Insurance savings built in. I am not sure whether this is anything to do with PPI? Any help would be greatly apprtiated Dagenham Dave
  2. I have been a customer of Littlewoods for about 18 years and had accrued commission through purchases made over this time which totalled about £371. I had been saving for a flat and finally logged in to my account to spend this money on goods for my flat and noticed my total had gone to £00.00. I contacted them and they told me that since I hadn't ordered from their last season, I lose any rewards earned. As stated, I have been with them for 18 years and this had never been the case before and I never received any notification from them to say that this was changing. I have emailed them and all I get in reply is that I should read their terms and conditions, however I don't know when these terms and conditions changed. Can they do this without informing you?
  3. Dear Mr Neild, after reflection and the fact that I feel so betrayed after years of loyalty I have posted this on the consumer forum and will continue on different forums throughout the U.K. If I can prevent just 50 from shopping with it will have been a success. I have already stopped 5, and will continue with my campaign, this is what I sent: Unfair kandco rewards system - long term Customer I was a empirestores agent for many many years with 15% commission on all goods. They merged last year with kays & gt universal and became KandCo. I have paid into my account over the past 14mts between £3000-£4000 and received only £5 commission. I complained and have been given a further £75. I have not been given anymore as they do not give rewards on goods that are reduced because of a sale and a whole new bunch of reasons. if you buy a piece of furniture that is normally £1000 and you get £50 off due to a sale you will receive no rewards. if you do not order something every month your rewards will stop even though you are still paying on goods over £2000. I shall not be ordering any large or expensive from this company again, only a small item at minimal cost of £5 so I get rewards for the money on the items I still owe. I feel utterly betrayed because of the loyalty I have shown through the years. an absolutely disgusted disgruntled customer
