  1. If you are thinking of trying either of the above products don't under any circumstances respond to any free trial or free sample email offers without first reading the terms and conditions carefully. If you don't check the terms and condition carefully you may find that you have entered into a contract to purchase these at a cost of £90 per month each which the supplier will deduct from your bank account each and every month. Further despite the fact that they send you a months supply, if you don't tell them within 14 days that you do not wish to make further purchase they will take the first £90 direct from your bank account on the 14th.day. The samples are not free. This practice I am told is legal but none the less is a trap to deceive the unwary.
  2. Hi all just wondered if anyone has had any dealings with the Company who sell Raspberry Ketones ( diet pills ) I signed up for the FREE trial offer of these pills paying the £3.95 postage. I received the order a few days later but unfortunately I could not tolerate them they made me ill. I threw them in the bin end of story however this morning another lot turned up at my home included was an invoice saying they had taken £69 from my Bank account needless to say I was furious, after numerous telephone calls they decided that I could have a refund of £34.98 pence as a goodwill gesture. I told them I want a full refund or I will take it to the County Court. I will not let them away with this as I have rights under the Consumer Act. I have also reported the matter to the Trading Standards who advised me to write to them which I have done so be careful avoid this Company like the plague
  3. Hi, My daughter has been caught by this so called offer. They took £150 from her account instead of the £5. I told her to ring her bank a certain bank owned by us in Scotland and they wont do anything. She has been onto Action Fraud and got a crime number and still the bank wont budge. Any suggestions JJ
  4. I have fallen foul to this company, even people like myself who thoroughly look into things before they buy can get caught out by these shrewd websites. Even when you read the T&C's thinking that you know what you are doing, they sneak in and get your money and its too late to stop it from happening. These people dont believe in following their own terms and conditions. You can cancel this "programme" within 14 days (which I did), However on the 12th day they had already taken £180 plus from my bank account. It certainly wasnt a free trial. I ordered my two free product's which was a months supply, you had 14 days to cancel, as i said I did on the 13th day. However I hadnt received my free products at his stage so on the 7th day I emailed them as suggested in their T&C's but no response. i called them 2 days later. The number has technical problems. called a few more times over the next few days, still the same problem. on the 13th day I wrote and cancelled. Unbeknown to me that they had already taken the next months money out of my bank. T&C's clearly state they take the money out of your account on the 30th day for the next months supply. I hadnt even had the 1st months yet. Phoned my bank, nothing they can do until it shows up on my statement, shows up on there end though, but I have to wait to see who has taken this money out of my account. From what I can figure out going by their T&C's, is that I have 1 months supply of A product, plus P&P of £4.95 and another months supply of B product plus P&P of £4.95. It comes to £180/190 plus a few change. Kicking myself is a complete understatement. I feel pretty stupid, especially as I always advise people to stay away from places like these. I really have no excuse. Safter I have wallowed in self pity for a while, i shall be off to my bank first thing in the morning to try and recover my money. I have to say that I was lucky the money was in my bank, or unlucky, but I had been saving hard for something I had wanted for a while, that I was getting on Wednesday, but looks like that wont happen now until I can get the money put back in my bank. I was told this morning from the bank (phone banking) that its unlikely I will get the money back. However I wont be leaving my bank until they do something in getting my money returned to me. I have a few bits and pieces of info that I can take in the bank with me. so wish me luck for Monday. In the mean time I shall be making a few complaints. I am also wondering if they have acted unlawfully?
  5. My Partner ordered Raspberry Ketone weight loss tablets from a website which was advertised as a Free Trial and only had to pay for the postage so she ordered it as the reviews of the product was good. She received the trail pack about a month after placing the order for the trail pack. today she login to our credit card account and noticed that she is getting billed twice for two monthly subscriptions each payment of around £90 phoned the bank and they said there was nothing they could do and they get loads of these complaints. the only way for my partner to protect herself from getting more in debit was to close the credit card account down. the company is not responding to emails nor answering the phones. Website Address: http://miracleraspberry.net/?x=ZDRiMjhhMzKzAAA&subid1=380246&subid2=830294515 and http://coloncleasetotalsite.com/?x=ZmM3YmExMzE0AgA&subid1=110285&subid2=&subid3= The credit card company are now saying they are not able to dispute the transactions as in the terms of conditions state that if not cancelled within 14 days they will bill you for the goods monthly etc. my argument is this was never made very clear to my partner at time of order.
