My sis in law has just received a PCN in the post. The cahrge is the usual £100 reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days. At the bottom of the letter it has the IPC logo but on the signs they still display the BPA logo. The signage in the piece of land where she parked consists of 3 A0 sized signs fixed to the wall of the building in front, there is no entrance sign. The other potential problem is that the PCN is addressed to her late husband who has only recently been buried. Does anybody have any suggestions of where to go from here..... Than
Hi all, I was reading one of your threads here; /forum/showthread.php?352988-Damage-caused-by-collapsible-bollards-any-liability (sorry, wont let me add full link) and a similar thing happened to me the other day, except it has caused a lot of damage to my door as well as the cill. I was told by a passer-by that I was not the first to do it. Basically, there were five removable posts, 4 of the 5 have been removed and this bleeding one remained. Hi all, I’ve been following some of the threads on this forum and was just hoping to get a bit of advice on my particular situation! I hope I've posted this in the right forum, it seemed most applicable. Essentially, my car was parked in my work car park when it was hit by a 3rd –party.
